Return & Exchange Policy

At Modivel.com , customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with returns and exchanges according to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong product was received

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products marked as final sale

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective products

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A replacement product

  • Refund approval when applicable

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

As we currently operate using Cash on Delivery (COD) in Morocco:

  • Refunds, if approved, may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method

  • Delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The mistake was caused by our store

We recommend contacting us before returning any product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

7. Refused Deliveries

Please make sure your phone number and address are correct before placing an order.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in:

  • Future order limitations

  • Account restrictions
